Injections without Pain!

WE CARE ABOUT YOUR COMFORT SO WE USE "ONSITE" . . .

A NEW ANESTHETIC CONDITIONER TO MAKE INJECTIONS MORE COMFORTABLE . . .

WHILE GETTING YOU NUMB FASTER with FEWER INJECTIONS.

Why do injection hurt?

Local anesthetics are very acidic, causing stinging and discomfort upon injection -  like lemon juice on an open cut.

Why does it take a while to get numb?

The amount of effective anesthetic present in an acidic environment is very small. Our body's tissues have to neutralize the acid environment before the anesthetic can start to work. This can take up to 15 min. or more.

Why does it take several shots before I feel numb?

For some patients, their tissue may not have the capacity to naturalized the anesthetic enough to get adequately numb.

Why is my jaw sore after typical injections?

Local anesthetics are very acidic and your body's tissue may not tolerate the solution as well as if it was neutralized.

What can we do about it?

We use "Onsite" which neutralizes the anesthetics before we inject you. It significantly decreases the irritation of the anesthetic on your tissues making the injection more comfortable. Many say they don't feel it at all! It also makes the anesthetic work faster so you are numb much sooner and require less injections. We use it to make your visit is as comfortable as possible. Along with our use of minimally invasive techniques, Microsurgery and minimally invasive implant placement, it is part of our dedication to minimize trauma and discomfort for you!
